Our goal is to educate and train people from all industries on the principles and best practices of economic development, thereby making Louisiana a competitive and attractive place to conduct long-term business.  The CLED program is designed for economic development professionals, elected officials, civic leaders, and business professionals who wish to be facilitators of economic growth in their communities.

The program consists of multiple courses that focus on the proven principles of economic development. Each class is taught by world-class experts who infuse practical examples in their teaching. Participants complete each class with practical strategies and tactics to take back to their organizations and communities.
